Carol Leung
Carol has accomplished the 500-hrs Yoga Teacher Training and accredited qualification in health and wellness. She perceives yoga as both an exercise and therapy, and is dedicated to promoting yoga for health and happiness. She offers classes to yoga enthusiasts at all levels.

Flora Yu
Flora has completed more than 500-hrs of her Yoga Teacher Training. She believes that attention to the body and observation of the breath in yoga practice help to bring mindfulness into our daily life.

Jinhee Kim
Jinhee hails from South Korea and has completed her 200-hr Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training. As a teacher, she holds a safe space for practitioners of all levels to develop a good foundation in yoga, and discover stillness within practice plus joy and balance in daily life.

Wancy Lo
Wancy’s yoga journey began in 2019 and she completed Fundamental Yoga Teacher Training in HK and Nepal, as well as Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in HK. She hopes students can enjoy every moment on and off the mat.

Kammy Tsang
Kammy has accomplished the 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training and since then yoga is always her anchor, teaching and guiding her to stay balanced in life with a peaceful mind and grateful heart.
Her classes focus on mindfulness of body movements and breathing. She believes yoga practice helps us to deepen the mind-body connection, bringing balance and harmony in life.

This studio has a simple yet cozy layout; filled with calming aroma, I felt relaxed immediately. My lecturer, Carol, is very welcoming and friendly. She would evaluate everyone’s yoga level and goal of the day to adjust the intensity of her flow. Even though I attended the class as a new comer for free, she treated me equally with no pressure! Def try it out!

This class is tiring but I felt great afterwards! I sit a lot due to office work and this class releases my hip muscles and can also strengthen my thighs too. I felt fire in my muscles which is actually very satisfying. Carol was patience, professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely book the next session with her!
